After reaching the set thickness, the refrigeration system switches to the deicing mode, and the high-pressure refrigerant hot gas melts the contact surface between the tube ice and the heat exchange tube, so that the tube ice falls into the ice cutting mechanism and is cut into regular sections. The produced tube ice is a regular hollow cylinder with thick texture, not easy to melt, long storage time and good air permeability. It is widely used in daily drinking, vegetable fresh-keeping, aquatic product fresh-keeping and other scenarios. The equipment is equipped with an intelligent control system to realize automatic ice making, deicing and ice storage, and the energy-saving design reduces power consumption. The internal structure is designed with large rounded corners, no cleaning dead corners, and meets international hygiene standards.
